Subscription Agreement

The agreement that governs paid TradeShield Network memberships. Subscriptions are non-refundable except a verified double charge (a duplicate charge for the same period), which is refunded. A verified double-charge refund must be requested within 60 days of the charge. There are no refunds for partial periods, outages, data delays, trading losses or third-party issues. Paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly cadence, unless a different interval is shown at checkout. TradeShield Network Pro has no free trial and is billed from signup. The 14-day free trial is offered only on TradeShield Pro (Core) at tradeshieldlabs.com, for first-time eligible customers, as a separate subscription. Contact support@tradeshieldlabs.com.
