Subscriptions are non-refundable except a verified double charge (a duplicate charge for the same period), which is refunded. A verified double-charge refund must be requested within 60 days of the charge. There are no refunds for partial periods, outages, data delays, trading losses or third-party issues. TradeShield Network Pro has no free trial and is billed from signup. The 14-day free trial is offered only on TradeShield Pro (Core) at tradeshieldlabs.com, for first-time eligible customers, as a separate subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination. Regional consumer rights required by law are honored.
